Your organization must use one of the following supported email platforms for compatibility and streamlined support:
– Microsoft 365 Business
– Google Workspace
For efficient management and seamless integration with our services, your environment should meet one of these criteria:
– Active Directory Domain (local)
– Entra Joined (formerly Azure AD)
Your network infrastructure should include the following to ensure compatibility with our support standards:
– WatchGuard Firewalls
– Unifi Network Equipment
To ensure compatibility and optimal support, all servers must meet these requirements:
– Operating System: Under current Microsoft support for security and performance
– Processor: Intel Xeon or AMD equivalent
– Memory: 32GB RAM or higher (recommended)
– Storage: SSDs for faster performance, with a minimum of 1TB available storage
*Note: All server operating systems must be under active Microsoft support, ensuring they receive necessary security and functionality updates.*
All workstations and laptops should meet these specifications to ensure a secure and responsive experience:
– Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro (under current Microsoft support)
– Processor: Intel i5 or better
– Memory: 16GB RAM or higher
– Storage: 480GB SSD or larger
*Note: Operating systems must be within Microsoft’s current support lifecycle to guarantee regular security updates and improved performance.*
To ensure seamless management of your online presence and enhance both security and deliverability, your organization must provide us with access to your Domain Name System (DNS) servers or services. This access allows our team to manage, edit, and add DNS entries as needed to support secure, uninterrupted service and optimize email and data deliverability.
*Note: DNS access is essential for configuring security protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which protect against phishing and improve email deliverability.*
